Kate Middleton and Prince William ‘offer’ UK visit to Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and children
Kate Middleton and Prince William have reportedly asked Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to visit the UK with their children in a bid to mend broken fences.
There has been speculation aplenty about the relationship between brothers William and Harry. and wife Meghan withdrew from royal duty and fled to the US before criticizing the British Royal Family for a number of issues.
Meanwhile, William remains a loyal servant to the family, on course to become the new king after Charles’ reign draws to a close.
There have been reports that William and Kate, the Princess of Wales, have been unhappy with Harry and Meghan over their behavior. But a fresh claim from Royal ‘expert’ Tom Quinn, claims William and Kate have actually invited Harry and Meghan to England to visit, along with children Archie and Lilibet.
But Quinn says the offer is not likely to be accepted. “There is no way Meghan would bring the children to the UK,” Quinn told the Mirror.
“William and Kate have suggested that Meghan and Harry bring the children and that the two couples and their families try to make up, but the suggestion is not leading anywhere so far.”
The couple have now returned to the UK since the Queen’s funeral service, while their children haven’t been back in England since 2022.
The main issue at play is that of security. Due to the fact the couple no longer have tax payer-funded security when they visit the UK, they must pay out of pocket for a security service to watch their backs.
Using private companies, they are said to view the prospect of taking their children to the UK as a risk too big to take, at least for the moment. They continue to live in the USA, but there have been reports of Harry and Meghan being supportive to the Royal Family during a difficult time, with both King Charles and Kate Middleton battling cancer.
