Sofía Vergara Elevates Her Ripped Skinny Jeans with a Dazzling Blazer

t was date night for Sofía Vergara and Justin Saliman yesterday, which always means two things: we get to obsess over their developing relationship once again and we have another lesson in evening-out dressing from the Colombian icon.

The Griselda star stepped out in what might be her most casual date-night look—but don’t worry, in true Sofía Vergara fashion, it was still glamorous. She championed the return of a controversial trend: skinny jeans, and made them look so good. Vergara’s pair were made of a medium wash denim with rips in the knee and lower thigh, which she cuffed slightly at the bottom. She elevated the pants with a silky black camisole top, matching platform wedges with gold stud-adorned straps, and the crème de la crème of it all: an oversize black blazer that was covered in glittering sequins. The dazzling businesswear shimmered as it caught the light, shining like the star Vergara is. She added more brilliance via a large diamond statement ring, massive diamond drop earrings, and a dainty chain necklace with a large diamond charm at the center. For a finishing touch, she added a black quilted clutch bag from Chanel. For glam, Vergara styled her caramel-highlighted locks down and straight with a middle part, and wore rosy makeup, complete with brown eyeshadow, a pretty pink lip, and milky-white nails.

Saliman let Vergara take the spotlight, opting for a dark, neutral color palette. He looked dapper in a fitted black coat with glossy buttons along the center, pockets, collar, and shoulders, over a simple black T-shirt, paired with rustic brown jeans and black lace-up boots with a gum sole. The two enjoyed dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles.

Earlier this month, Vergara delivered another masterclass in romantic dressing in a black figure-hugging midi dress that featured a band detail along her torso and flirty lace accents along the hem, bodice, and low-cut neckline, which she teamed with a matching wool overcoat and strappy velvet platform pumps. On another occasion, she looked elegant in a sheer black bustier top with spaghetti straps, matching straight-leg slacks, another long dress coat, and platform heels.

The Modern Family alum and orthopedic surgeon have been linked since October 2023. Vergara was previously married to actor Joe Manganiello, whom she separated from in July 2023 after seven years together.
