Prince Harry trying ‘make things up’ with Prince William ahead of return to the UK in May
>< Prince Harry is trying to "make things up" with Prince William, according to royal author Tom Quinn, who speculates the Duke of Sussex will be keen to heal their relationship ahead of a special event in May. Both brothers participated in the Diana Legacy Awards overnight with Prince William appearing in person and delivering a moving speech. Harry appeared via video link, chatting to each reward recipient later in the evening. Prince Harry is due to return to the UK in May for a service at London's St Paul's Cathedral to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games. "Harry will definitely be trying to make things up with his brother before he returns to the UK in May," Quinn told The Mirror. "He knows how bad it will look if he doesn't see his brother, especially when Kate has been so ill." In the time Harry has been in the States he has realised that the problems he had with his brother and his father and with the royal family in general did at least make life interesting," he added. Quinn suggested Prince Harry is "lonely in the USA." "He's bored and has very little to do and he's lost the only life he was trained for," Quinn continued.
Anything he can do to improve relations with his family can only be a good thing for him.
“And he has definitely had time to realise that writing Spare and giving interviews about how awful his life was with the royal family has not brought the apologies and the happiness he’d hoped for.”
Harry made a brief visit to the UK in early February to visit his father King Charles, who had recently been diagnosed with an undisclosed type of cancer.

Wife Meghan didn’t join him for the visit but is expected to be by his side for the Invictus anniversary in May, and perhaps bring their children Prince Archie, four, and Princess Lilibet, two.
The British government is launching a bid to host the Invictus Games in Birmingham in 2027.
The next games will take place in Vancouver, Whistler in Canada in 2025.
