Lakers Owner Jeanie Buss Makes Admission About New Husband
Los Angeles Lakers owner Jeanie Buss is the daughter of Jerry Buss, the team’s owner from 1978 until his passing in 2013. Jerry was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2010.
Winning five NBA championships in his 34 years as Lakers owner, Buss passed down the iconic franchise to his daughter. Jeanie has overseen four Lakers playoff appearances and one NBA championship (2020) since taking over the team in 2013.
The personal lives of high-profile NBA executives like Buss are often of interest to fans. During a recent appearance on Dwight Howard’s “Above The Rim with DH 12” podcast, Buss opened up about some personal matters.
