Kamilla Cardoso just pulled off a jaw-dropping half-court shot, channeling Stephen Curry’s iconic “Night, Night” celebration.

Kamilla couldn’t contain her excitement after her incredible basket, which she immediately celebrated in the trademark “Night, Night” style of Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry.

Cardoso, the former South Carolina star was selected by the Chicago Sky with the No. 3 pick in this year’s draft. He averaged 9.1 points, 7.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.0 blocks in 22 games.

When did it start with the “night, night”?
Curry explained that he originally displayed this gesture in one of his first-round playoff games against the Denver Nuggets:

“Down the stretch in the fourth quarter against the Nuggets I was saying to myself, ‘Put them to sleep. Put them to sleep.’ I don’t even know where it came from. It literally wasn’t a thought,” Steph Curry explained to Boardroom’s Nick DePaula.

“Fast forward to Memphis (Grizzlies), Dallas (Mavericks) and then Boston (Celtics), and it took on a life of its own,” Curry said. “I was just having fun. You talk about having kids. You know how important bedtime routines are. It’s the final sign of a job well done that day. Pretty special.”
