Ayesha Curry’s latest IG post has fans reeling as they witness Riley’s stunning transformation, leaving everyone buzzing about how Father Time is catching up with Steph’s family.

After the memorable and successful Paris Olympics, the Curry crew decided to get some well-deserved family time. And Ayesha Curry has been keeping us updated about their relaxing summer with timely posts and Instagram stories. The latest of her IG posts was no different. Captioned “Sand and Sun vibes,” the mother of four posted a series of adorable pictures of Stephen Curry and her kids, minus Caius.

But what shook the fans was the last slide. Sitting on a giant paddle board were the couple and their three children, Riley, Ryan, and Canon. Tilting her head back to smile for the camera was none other than the couple’s beautiful firstborn and suffice it to say that looking at the 12-year-old reminded the Curry fans about not just how grown Riley was, but also how Father Time was catching up with Stephen and Ayesha Curry.

Although Ayesha Curry does drop a few images here and there, during birthdays and Halloweens, it was yet another shock for GSW employees and fans alike when a tall, young girl accompanied the 6’2 guard. Riley had joined her father for the Warriors vs Pelicans game in early April 2024. It took a few seconds for the pieces to fall into place – this was Steph’s eldest daughter!

It feels like it was just yesterday when the couple announced they had their baby girl on July 19, 2012. Fast forward three years and the NBA world got the first glimpse of the first Miss Curry during the 2015 Western Conference Finals. Sitting on Steph’s lap, handing out sassy remarks like her Daddy handed out threes, yawning at intervals, making it painfully obvious it was the last place she wanted to be, the Warriors fans declared Riley as the real MVP.

And now, they are gushing about her transformation.

Not wasting a moment, this fan dived straight into one of her viral 2015 moments. “Omg Riley is so big!!! Feels like yesterday she was 2 saying “I feel blessed”,” followed by a laughing with tears emoji and two blue hearts. The user was referring to the hilarious instance when little Riley launched into Big Sean’s “Blessings” mid-conference, singing Drake’s line from the chorus – “Way up, I feel blessed.” Needless to say, the entire room blew up in laughter.

Not backing down, the next fan reminisced about the other time she joined her Dad. “Aww riley “You’re too loud, daddy”,” followed by a tearful emoji, no doubt sad at how fast she grew up. The said instance happened during the Game 1 post-game presser. Not taking no for an answer, she got onto Curry’s lap. After a few moments of listening to her father talk about the matchup, Riley spoke her mind: “You’re too loud Daddy, be quiet.”

We don’t have to tell you the reaction to that! Another fan finds it hard to accept that it really is Riley in the last slide. “No way that’s Riley in the last slide. Man they grow up so fast lol now I feel old.” Well, that’s one way to look at it, we suppose
