When it comes to football, ‘Big Red’ is a ruthless winner and meticulous strategist. Away from football, the two-time Super Bowl champion is an incredibly affable, warm, and down to earth human being.
Reid is at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas this week ahead of Super Bowl LVIII between his Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers. During his media obligations he fielded questions about Travis Kelce and Taylor’s Swift blossoming romance – something he has spoken openly about before.
The 65-year-old was asked if he has any relationship advice for the superstar pair and his six-word answer reminded everyone why they love him so much.
“You’ve been coaching Travis Kelce in football for a while now,” a reporter said to Reid. “But you’ve been married longer than you’ve been coaching pro football.
“Have you given him any relationship advice—and what would that advice be?” “Just treat her like a queen,” Reid replied. His heartwarming answer went viral and NFL fans were all saying a similar thing. “Andy Reid. You. Are. The. Best!”
