Brooke Hogan, daughter of professional wrestling legend Hulk Hogan (real name Terry Bollea), has publicly addressed the emotional final conversation she shared with her father before his passing at the age of 71.

Despite years of estrangement, Brooke revealed that she was able to express her love to her father during their last exchange, which reportedly took place in September 2023—just two weeks before Hulk Hogan’s marriage to his third wife, Sky. The two had maintained limited contact, and it was Brooke’s husband, former NHL player Steven Oleksy, who received the heartbreaking news via text from her brother, Nick Hogan.

The Hogan family had experienced significant internal conflict in the years leading up to the wrestling icon’s death at his Florida residence. Yet in the end, Brooke shared that her final memory of her father is one of peace—anchored by the simple but powerful words: “I love you.”
