Justin Bieber counts many huge hits in his discography. For well over a decade, the young singer has been dominating the charts and pop culture in general with his dozens of successful songs. Some of his tunes remain hugely popular, even years after they first became smashes, and this week, one of his most famous releases finally becomes big enough to land on one particular tally.

“Sorry” debuts on the Billboard Global Excl. US this week. The single opens at No. 188 on the company’s ranking of the most-consumed songs in the world, only with all streaming and sales activity from America removed.
At the moment, “Sorry” ranks as Bieber’s worst-performing hit on the Billboard Global Excl. US. The pop musician has seen 32 different tracks reach the 200-spot tally, and somehow, one of his all-time bestsellers stands as his lowest-rising.

Bieber released “Sorry” in 2015, and it served as the second official single from his album Purpose. The tune shot to No. 1 on the Hot 100, following in the wake of its predecessor, “What Do You Mean?” That latter song brought Bieber to the top of that tally for the first time, and his follow-up may have been even bigger.
Sorry” is one of two older cuts from Bieber that have managed to debut on the Billboard Global Excl. US in 2024. In January, his collaboration with DJ Snake, “Let Me Love You,” finally hit the tally, years after it was first released. That single climbed to No. 163 for a short stay.

Bieber fills three spaces on the Billboard Global Excl. US this frame, despite the fact that he doesn’t have anything new out. His duet with The Kid Laroi, the former leader “Stay,” lifts 10 spaces to No. 101, ranking as his biggest win at the moment.

Coincidentally, the Grammy-winning artist sees two beloved tracks appear right next to one another this week. As “Sorry” launches at No. 188, “Love Yourself” returns to the Billboard Global Excl. US. That smash, which followed “Sorry” as the third Purpose single, reappears at No. 189 this frame
